ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of sec30.com and its AI features ("the Service"), operated by Orbitum Tech OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Registration Number: 17390885). It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms and Conditions. This AUP applies to every input you submit (chat messages, prompts, and uploaded files) and every output you generate, store, download, or distribute through the Service.

Because the Service produces AI-generated content on demand, this policy defines the content and conduct that are not permitted, explains how we technically enforce these rules, and describes the consequences of violations. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to request, generate, upload, store, or distribute any of the following. These categories are enforced by automated moderation (see Section 4) and their violation may result in immediate account action:

2.1 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content involving minors

Any sexualised depiction of a minor, or any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children, in any form and by any means. This is prohibited absolutely, without exception, and is reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

2.2 Adult and sexually explicit content

Pornographic material, explicit sexual content, NSFW imagery, and erotica. The Service is a professional creative tool and does not support the generation of this content.

2.3 Deepfakes and non-consensual intimate imagery

Face-swapping, "nudifying" or sexualising images of real individuals, non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, and any synthetic media created to impersonate a real person without their consent.

2.4 Violence, self-harm, weapons, and illegal goods

Content that promotes, incites, or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide, or the manufacture of weapons, explosives, or controlled substances.

2.5 Fraud, deception, and malicious software

Phishing templates, scams, social engineering, counterfeit or forged documents, malware, or any content designed to facilitate fraud or financial deception.

2.6 Intellectual property infringement

Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of a third party, including reproductions or derivatives passed off as original where you hold no rights to do so.

2.7 Hate, harassment, impersonation, and privacy violations

Content that harasses, defames, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or protected groups; impersonation of individuals, organisations, or AI systems; and the unlawful collection, exposure, or misuse of another person's personal data.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Regardless of the content produced, you must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat the Service's content moderation, security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions, including through prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service without authorisation
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial content, or malware through the Service
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users, including through excessive or anomalous automated requests
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorised third-party access to the Service or your account
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law, or the acceptable use policies of our underlying AI providers
  • Submit the personal data of third parties without a valid lawful basis to do so (see our Privacy Policy, Section 1B)

4. How We Enforce This Policy

To enforce this AUP, the Service applies automated content moderation to inputs before they reach any AI model or image-generation service:

  • Layer 1 — Pattern-based blocklist. Every chat message and image-generation prompt is screened in real time against a curated set of patterns covering the prohibited categories above.
  • Layer 2 — AI-powered classifier. Image-generation prompts (including prompts auto-generated by the Designer agent) undergo an additional analysis by a specialised classification model that evaluates contextual intent against the prohibited categories, catching obfuscated or nuanced requests.

When either layer identifies a violation, the request is blocked before any model is invoked, no output is generated, and no tokens are deducted. Every block is recorded in an audit log that is reviewed by our Trust & Safety function. Our human oversight, review, and appeal process is described in our Responsible AI Policy.

In addition, all AI models are accessed through their providers' official APIs and are subject to the providers' own acceptable use policies, which apply as an additional layer of enforcement.

5. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Orbitum Tech OÜ may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Automatically block the offending request and notify you that it violates this AUP
  • Flag your account for human review by our Trust & Safety function
  • Remove content that violates this policy or applicable law
  • Suspend or terminate your account, at the discretion of a member of staff, for serious, repeated, or high-risk violations
  • Withhold refunds for tokens where the account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms
  • Report content to, and cooperate with, law enforcement or other competent authorities where legally required (in particular for CSAM)

Consequential decisions such as account suspension and termination are made by a member of staff, not by an automated system.

6. Reporting Abuse & Appeals

To report abuse, prohibited content, or a security vulnerability, contact [email protected] with "Abuse Report" in the subject line.

If you believe your request was blocked in error, or you wish to contest an account action, you may request human review by emailing [email protected]. A member of our Trust & Safety function will review your case. The full review and appeal process is set out in our Responsible AI Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

Orbitum Tech OÜ may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in the Service, our providers, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
